Western Heights has a history of developing a Strategic Plan each 3 years to act as a guide for the future directions of the church…  To support our purpose statement                                                                                        Loving God: Growing Together, Partnering Community , Sharing Faith  some more specific goals were developed :                                                                                                                With Gods help, we will be a church that:

1. Is Intergenerational
2. Is welcoming, warm and inclusive
3. Encourages and supports exploring, sharing and growing in faith
4. Nurtures other expressions of church (other than Sunday morning worship)
5. Provides a variety of worship styles (on Sunday mornings)
6. Supports church community action in areas of need (eg. social justice and environmental sustainability etc.)
