This group of elected church members meets 7pm on the 3rd Wed. of the month, and are responsible for the overall leadership of the church.

Leadership Advisory Team (LAT)
This group is responsible for:
1. Providing assistance, support and advice to the Church Council in
a. the implementation the Church purpose statement via the strategic plan.
b. the day to day administration and resolution of issues at WHUC, consistent with the church purpose statement.
c. assisting and supporting others to become involved with the life and purpose of the church
2. Providing assistance, advice and support to church groups, the congregation and individual members of the team
3. To report to CC bi monthly
