The Western Heights Uniting Church was formed by the amalgamation of six congregations, shown below, in 1998. Each church had a lengthy and proud history, and the amalgamation has provided a base for the new church

• North Geelong (Methodist),
• Hamlyn Heights (Methodist)
• Bell Post Hill (Methodist )
